    That is amazing! I would recognize this anywhere! That's Nipper, the RCA dog. My dad has a statue of the dog in a life size form and growing up I would be equally terrifed and fascinated by it! RCA chose Nipper as a model for their logo. He was a real dog from England born in the late 19th century. That's all I recall- but the rest is most likely easily researched. What an awesome find!

  2. I grew up in Indiana where RCA was based and there were these giant RCA dog statues (like, bigger than a grown man) in the Indiana State Museum that I loved when I was growing up.

    Also, "His Masters Voice" is such a famous ad campaign it's been referenced several times in passing/in conversation on Mad Men!
