If you're a fan of early poets like
Anne Bradstreet (often considered America's first), check out this
virtual poetry reading by former U.S. Poet Laureate
Robert Pinsky. The site was inspired by Pinsky's latest
anthology, which explores the practice of listening to poems being read out loud, and will be updated throughout Poetry Month.
Pinsky is the author of several poetry collections and is poetry editor of
Slate magazine.
